Our services

Find it, price it, prove it.

One platform, from search to supported home.

We source UK residential property, price every home against named public data, and follow it into managed supported housing — every figure sourced, or honestly blank.

The Property Finder inside the platform: a plain-language search box, matching property cards with beds, rent and gross yield, and an investor pack export panel.
Real product UI — the Property Finder. Figures shown are illustrative review data, not live listings.

How it works

Four steps, nothing hidden.

  1. Search

Describe the home you need in plain English. See matching properties, the map and local demand side by side.

  2. Assess

See the numbers behind every home. Each figure is sourced, labelled as an estimate or left blank.

  3. Reserve

Enquire about a home and keep the paperwork, updates and next steps together.

  4. Managed

Rhema holds the lease, Elevate delivers the care — and the home reaches someone who needs it.

Option 4 · Character portals

Three doors into one platform.

Choose where you want to begin.

All three use the same Demand Map to see where supported housing is needed, town by town. Public figures come first, estimates are labelled and unknowns stay blank.

Analysis, not financial advice — every figure sourced or a labelled estimate.

The platform story

Not a pop-up. A living comic.

How we differ

Longer is not always stronger.

The sector has learnt that a long lease alone cannot make supported housing sustainable. It also takes evidence, clear accountability and the freedom to respond when circumstances change.

The past failures

Long leases were treated as proof of security.

Long commitments could outlast the demand, funding and working assumptions behind them. When circumstances changed, there was little room to respond.

  • Homes secured before local demand was properly evidenced
  • Housing, care and asset management working separately
  • Risk carried forward instead of reviewed as conditions changed

  • Agility

We can respond when commissioning, funding or local demand changes.

  • Risk mitigation

We review the evidence and performance before carrying risk forward.

  • Long-term resilience

Each renewal is a fresh, informed decision—not an assumption made decades earlier.
